Package for npm #24

I am trying to use this project in a WP Plugin that isn't using composer. Would it be possible to package this for npm too?

Is it really a good idea to use js package manager for php script? Anyway, I never worked with npm so I don't know

No, you're right. I don't know what I was thinking. I got confused between this repo and https://github.com/stephenharris/wp-readme-to-markdown.
