better-wp-security 3.6.3 issues - no fixed_in #777

The two issues below have no fixed_in:

The 6290 seem to have been fixed given the code found in the latest version: https://github.com/wp-plugins/better-wp-security/blob/3e3bc456c8e66f935185c905f0bbc92df3ad913a/modules/free/backup/class-itsec-backup.php#L243 However I have no idea since when (maybe the 4.0 which was a rewrite of the plugin ?)
