WP-CLI Commands to Import comet_cache-options.json

Hello,

I install Comet Cache via WP-CLI when setting up a new Wordpress install. After set-up I have to go in and import my comet_cache-options.json for our desired settings.

I would love if the json settings import could be done from the command line so it can be included with my automated install script.

@raamdev I will say one day for research only; i.e., to determine feasibility and discover how this could be integrated with WP-CLI. I'm not yet sure if or how it can be done. So once the research is complete I will be able to provide a true estimate.
