[Need to explain how Comment Mail can be translated and where translation files should go. Should also mention translate.wordpress.org, how that works, and how a translation can be contributed to and exported from translate.wordpress.org. Also need to explain that the Pro version has a POT file in src/includes/translations/.

Note that the text-domain for both the Lite version and the Pro version is comment-mail.

Maybe this should be a Tutorial with the title "Translating Comment Mail".
