Pro Preview does not show all Pro features #253

There are several Pro menu items that do not appear when the Pro Preview is enabled:

Also, things like the Advanced templates are not visible when the Pro Preview is enabled. The Advanced templates are arguably one of the most important things to show up during a Pro Preview, as they really give site owners lots of control over Comment Mail.

Another thing that needs to be fixed as part of this issue is the Pro Preview panels need to have the opacity set to 1 so that they're not faded out — this makes them too hard to read. Instead, the color of the Pro Preview panel headers should be changed to make them stand out better (see the Comet Cache Pro Preview for ideas).

One more thing that can be fixed as part of the work on this issue:

In Pro Preview mode, any Pro-only features should appear enabled by default, so that the user viewing the Pro Preview doesn't need to enable a dummy feature just to see information about it:
