Replace ⥱ with → #273

To standardize on the way we build menu paths in all of our plugins, we should replace ⥱ with → in the entire Comment Mail codebase (e.g., WP Dashboard ⥱ Comment Mail™ ⥱ Mail Queue should become WP Dashboard → Comment Mail™ → Mail Queue).
