Add social links to plugin options page #286

We should have links to the Comment Mail Twitter and Facebook pages. We can use si-facebook and si-twitter for the icons (from the Sharkicons library).

We the same thing recently in Comet Cache: https://github.com/websharks/comet-cache/issues/771
