Return a 404 Page When Not Accepting New Subscriptions

When New Subscriptions are disabled, clicking the Add a New Subscription link redirects to a plain page with the message that says

"Please review the following error(s):

Sorry; not accepting new subscriptions at this time."

Since they pages don't have a nofollow attribute or no index tag in place when managing the subscriptions, Google will index these pages as is:
