X-UA-Compatible META tag ('IE=edge') ignored #4

s2Clean is kicking out the following error in IE 10. So far this seems to be a bug in IE but it needs further investigation to confirm.

HTML1116: X-UA-Compatible META tag ('IE=edge') ignored because of earlier X-UA-Compatible META tag ('IE=edge').

Confirmed this is not the case with s2Clean.
