We might want to update this KBA. I've had a couple of tickets where users didn't understand what "showing as green" meant in the section title "Test Your Own Badge Status". We might want to re-word this sentence ( Once this shows a value of 1 it can still take up to 60 minutes for your s2Member Security Badge image to show a green status for the first time.) to read "Once this shows a value of 1 it can still take up to 60 minutes for your s2Member Security Badge image to show for the first time." since the badge never shows any status except for "green". That is, it doesn't show at all if the status isn't "green".

Does the badge function still work? I have gone through all the recommended/required changes, but no badge/ return of a 1 after more than 12 hours... How do I know what is "missing" from getting the badge? THanks

I think a link to run a php function that tests each item on the needed checklist is in order. It should show the items that pass and the items that fail. I would give cloning and making this \src\includes\classes\s-badge-status-in.inc.php work for that purpose if anyone is interested
