While s2Member does not have a points or credits feature, you might take a look at using the myCRED plugin in coordination with s2Member.

Or if you're open to using WooCommerce, we recommend our WooCommerce Restrictions Pro plugin for membership management + the WooCommerce Store Credit plugin for points/credits.
