Some members do not have access as they should

EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE

Using s2Member Pro v170722, a handful of members have had their access revoked by the plugin. They have previously had a certain level of access and the plugin shows they have the same access, however they are not able to access documents in that level any longer. This is only happening to a few members.

If we create them a new user account, then everything works as it should.

We have tested this with a default WP theme.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

None that I'm aware of.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or support issue, but I'm not getting any help from WP Sharks support, so thought I'd at least report it as a bug to see what's up.
