STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
User click on Forgot Password
They get an e-mail with a link to reset the password
When they click on the link and reset the password; they get a prompt
"Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email."
"Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below."
They are asked to request password reset again
