Feature Request: Notes for Pro Coupon Codes

It would be great if each Pro Coupon Code could include some notes attached to the code, for administrative purposes. Such a field could be used for things such as tracking why a coupon code was created, which would be especially useful if more than one person is responsible for creating coupon codes.

What Needs To Occur Here?

• [ ] We need to modify this private class file so that our pipe-delimited format will support an administrative notes column.
