Genesis Sandbox Featured Content Widget. Based on Nick Croft's Genesis Featured Widget Amplified for additional functionality which allows support for custom post types, taxonomies, and extends the flexibility of the widget via action hooks to allow the elements to be re-positioned or other elements to be added.
If there is a value in the Link field, but the Link Title box is unchecked, it still created the link for the title.
Steps to replicate:
1) Check the "Link Title" check box
2) Enter a URL in the Link field
3) Save the widget
4) Uncheck the "Link Title check box (but leave the URL in the Link field)
5) Save the widget
The widget title is still linked, and should not be.
