Fall Error When Changing Theme or When Genesis is Not Activated #43

I got a fatal error with the following message when changing from Genesis to non-Genesis or when Genesis is not installed when activating the plugin.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function genesis_get_option() in xxxxxxx\wp-content\plugins\genesis-featured-content-widget\gs-featured-content-widget.php on line 86

This is a serious issue and should get fixed asap.

Same issue pointed out in #37 and #38 (I think; never heard back on #38 to know if my guess about the cause was correct).
