Problems with widgets

Hey guys,

I bundled this plugin with my theme, in which i wrapped the widget into an Elementor element. Some of the customers are reporting that they're getting errors such as:

• Instagram Widget misconfigured, check plugin & widget settings.
• Get items from the Public Feed failed. Malformed data structure.
• or the screenshot below taken from Query Monitor.

Most used public feed and got errors after some time, then i suggested to switch to token mode and while it worked for a bit of time (couple of days) it failed afterwards. The issues still happens if the single WP Widget is used.

I know you don't have answers up your sleeve, but if you could give some suggestions or hints to try i would appreciate a lot. I tried to dig deeper into the code, saw some long ugly JSON responses but i can't figure out anything.

Hello @hogash

You can set a custom value for the Request Timeout grater than 5 seconds to avoid this error.

Go to Settings > Instagram Widget and set a value for Request Timeout in seconds field.
