ActiveX control kaxRemote.dll failed to load! #265

What's the URL of the page that contains a bug?

Does it work before? If not, when did you find this problem?
It worked as of 10/25/13. Restarted machine, and problem occurred
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Going to the web page
2.uninstalling and reinstalling extension
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? On
which version of your browser?
Extension:1.5.0.6
Win7 Pro
Chrome 30.0.1599.101 m

What's your settings?

Please provide any additional information below.
The icon in the address bar appears. The extension asks to allow the page as 
normal. Can find allowance in whitelist, but get message below:

ActiveX control kaxRemote.dll failed to load! -- Please check browser security 
settings.
Verify that signed ActiveX controls may be downloaded and run from this browser.

To fix the problem quickly, could you goto 
"chrome-extension://lgllffgicojgllpmdbemgglaponefajn/options.html" and check 
"Enable Logs", and open your page, go to developer tool(ctrl+shift+i), Console, 
and upload a screenshot?

Unfortunately hasn't fixed it for mine but it is a custom made activex so maybe 
that is causing other issues. I'll just use IE instead.
