Maven like downloader - which downloads/installs dependent jars depending on Service requirements #21

The structure should be simple
Use apache-http commons?
If not installed - pop-up licence agreement with appropriate licences 

The initial request will retrieve the pom like file - 
in which it will get the new details of dependencies

Change to "Ivy"

Can use a private repo
Generates repo structure with simple example

Problem now is that each Service represents a "project"

fixed & verified - working version of Ivy2 - albeit - don't have working 
license pop-up
