How to use print function? #6

I draw a rectangle figure, then click File > Print... menu, click the "ok" button in the bottom of the opened print dialog, the print dialog is closed, but no any print job happened.

The print function was broken - it only printed page figures and slice figures. I have fixed it. It now prints the entire drawing, if no page figure is in the drawing. And prints page figures if there is at least one page figure in the drawing. The fix is in commit 7a0e3b1.
