change standardize to standardize.custom #273

for consistency and now that we have stock standardize wrgls too

This will break backwards compatibility with all recipes using standardize as is.

Ideally we'd allow standardize to continue to function as is, but that will be difficult, possibly impossible, if we want to have standardize.something, standardize.something_else. Need to think about the technical approach to this.
