A proper Navigation Bar is missing in style Utilities Page

The navigation bar is part of the auth module. Once the auth module is included, the navigation bar will be displayed. Please keep this issue on hold and assign yourself @Animesh1432. You might need to point out any issues related to the navbar when the auth module is included. As of now, I am unassigning myself from this particular issue.
