Allow curves to have handles. The combination of two handle types makes for a single segment type.
Related Bézier issues:
"Locked" versus "Unlocked" angles ( #32 ) free and vector handles will convert to smooth handles when the anchor is locked.
"Matched" versus "Mismatched" handle lengths ( #33 ) all handles can be matched with their opposites. this only affects distance from the anchor
