Allow handles to be equal length. (Independent of co-linear angle #32)

Interaction:

press E hovering over a handle to make opposite anchor accept this length
press E hovering over the anchor to make both anchors average their length

Visualization ideas:

show length of opposite anchor while editing when not equal
change draggable tip shape to an X (fontforge)
