bugfix: IDEA 2019.1 broken compatibility symptom: tests fails to generate, resulting in the raw test template printed cause: velocity templates not found due to change in IDEA utils implementation reported by: albertchen on project forum

Please note, starting from this release, IDEA 2016, 2017 & 2018 versions are no longer supported. No new features in this release.
