Make Limit of Previews Configurable #1

Hey,

first of all great Rocket.Chat Giphy App. It would be nice if the limit of previews could be configurable.

I think that show just one gif per time and have a shuffle button, like the Slack app, can be very useful and reduce band usage

I have a feature request in for this https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Apps-engine/issues/112

Once the Apps-Engine supports it, I will surely implement it into this app.
