Training Log

An electronic version of the training log would be super eco-friendly~ This could be a good intro project that I can guide you through at some point, but I'll go ahead and make an issue before I forget.

• Admins or exec staff can create, edit, and delete entries in the training log.
• Entries in the training log should be groupable (e.g. Engineering, Policies) and sortable.
• Dummy ops can access their training log in the Staff section and check off the training log entries that were read.

Some other considerations:

• Once a DJ is active, should they see the training log anymore? Should it be read-only? Should we delete all the checks (which are individually stored in the database) after a user becomes active?
• Do we need "signatures" from the trainee or the trainer?

@sarastrouss do you think there could be a new tab for potential ops?

They most likely won't be using the on-air stuff with their account, and there's not much they will be able to do in the staff section aside from finding other users. We can have a Getting Started tab with their training log and any other information they might need in one place.

@pstoica I think that sounds like a good idea. Maybe even potentially linking ops with their dummy ops? Or is there too much of a turnover for that to be necessary? I like the Getting Started tab idea.

The training log should also make it so the user is able to leave comments on certain check points. It should also be mobile friendly.
