Version of the product: Last 2.0.1 (update and fres install pane same problem)

I have a concern for 2 years I use OWP
My clients use the panel, but I do not know what and for what reason, the
script is racing, that is to say when reinstall, if a few things went wrong,
the process gets stuck and especially ruby starts consume all the memory on the
server, and then after that swap.
We are obliged to be physically reboot the server, or if there happens to ssh,
kill -9 the process.
It's embarrassing.
By cons I do not worry on machines with SSD and 6 months nd VM by dedicated ...
This is because the server is long so the script does not wait for the end
customer or abandoned?
I can not reproduce the problem ...
Have you already had this trouble?

J'ai un soucis depuis 2 ans que j'utilise OWP
Mes clients utilise le panel, mais je ne sais pas quel et pour quel raison, le
script s'emballe, c'est a dire lorsqu'il reinstall, si quelques choses se passe
mal, le processus ruby reste coincé et surtout se met à consommer toutes la
mémoire sur le serveur, puis après ça swap.
On est obligé soit de reboot matériellement le serveur, ou si on y arrive en
ssh, de kill -9 le processus.
C'est gênant.
Par contre je n'ai pas se soucis sur des machines SSD et avec mois nde 6 VM par
dédies... est ce parce que le serveur est long donc le script n'attend pas la
fin ou le client abandonne?
Je n'arrive pas à reproduire le soucis...
Avez vous eu déjà ce soucis ?
