Can't Load Ploop Library

Steps to reproduce:
1. login OVZ-web-Panel:3000
2. go to localhost - create new virtual server
   with :
   VEID : 225
   OS Template : CentOS-6-x86
   Server Template : vswap-256m
   IP Address : 192.168.0.255
3. Create

Actual result:
"Internal error: Command 'vzctl create 1 --ostemplate centos-6-x86 --config 
vswap-256m' execution failed with code 99
Output: Can't load ploop library: libploop.so: cannot open shared object file: 
No such file or directory
Please install ploop packages!
Creation of container private area failed"

Expected result: Success to create Virtual Server

Version of the product:  OpenVZ Web Panel 2.4

Server OS: CentOS RHEL 6

Browser: MOZILLA FIREFOX
