Vtable directory needs an update #218

Hello,

I noticed that the Vtable README file is in need of an update there are several vtables that are not listed or ones that have been deleted

There are 40 Vtables listed in the github repo but the readme says there are 43.

@mgduda can this be updated with the newest version of WRF release?
