What is the current behavior?

Weird aggregations into weekly and monthly results

What is the new behavior?

More reasonable aggregations of glad alerts into weekly/monthly buckets.

Does this introduce a breaking change?

Other information

Noted that MODIS/VIIRS alerts are not counted properly right now.
