This PR explores the impact of selecting different hyperparameters to address map artifacts between neighboring tiles. Ultimately, haze is identified as the main culprit for the artifacts. A new preprocessing step for smoothing haze affected tiles was added to the ARD production pipeline.

clipping and merging process is updated in mosaic.py

updates are made to improve logging and debugging during model training

Post processing steps are migrated from the production script to a dedicated post processing script for experimentation.
