Previously we were able to hide the alignment for all but the Half-content images. Since that's changed in CKeditor5, I'm just updating the way the alignment is displayed to editors to make it a bit more clear that you can't right or left-align full-width or full-content images.
Fixes bug if you wrap an image in both a caption and a link and try to align it right/left.
Fixes issue with integrated composer where the Ckeditor style sheet was not showing the correct preview.
