channel drop down menu shows only ni-daq-mx channels #370

on fs table, wright-ingaas is enabled but no channels show up.

I actually figured this one out... There is an explicit ejection of any channel named "ingaas" because that had caused problems in the past... it is now fixed in the has_mapping branch
