Git guide #28

The Git Guide is almost done. I have to beef up some stuff about issue creation and syntax, as well as Project boards and other GitHub jargon. But, I feel like this is a good start.

Can you expand the last section? We want to tell new employees how we work, not an example of how you might work. Go into our processes and procedures more. You should have a pretty good grasp of it by now, given that you've been using it for this guide
