When using Ctrl+Shift+<up/down arrow> to move a good sized paragraph up or down, it scrolls off the screen, or nearly so. It would be best to have it stay in the center.
I notice this depends on the theme and might depend on the zoom factor. In several of your stock themes, if I select a paragraph, the last line will stay visible at the top of the screen when scrolling up far enough. However I modified a theme by changing the font to Segoe UI and in that case the selected paragraph disappears off the top.
Either way, I'd like to see what's above the text being moved up and below the text being scrolled down so I know where to stop.
