Reworked structure of factors affecting satisfaction

Rather than separate factors into negative and positive, word each statement in a positive manner and make it a strongly-agree-to-strongly-disagree 5-point likert scale (with "not relevant" option)

Also change the order of satisfaction options so that the most positive always comes first
