Creating a new SEO topic for the doc guide

• Adds new SEO topic to the guide index
• Minor update to the book club page

Please verify the internal link from the seo.rst page to the topic index. Not sure I did that correctly.

@djwfyi I think you just need to fix the link to make the build work.

I give up on any kind of link to the topic page. Everything I've tried fails. If someone else knows how to get that done, let me know.
