Remove Crystal Ballroom-specific recommendations to avoid misleading information. The Visit Portland committee (including Katie) is investigating/vetting options and will submit another PR with specific information once done.
Update transportation section for new venue.

@ericholscher We have another PR in progress with the results of our committee meeting today, but we all agree we should visit the recommendations before we publish. However, we still have a list of hotels on the page that we do not want to recommend this year, so this PR is to get them off of there ASAP, plus update the transportation section.

My apologies for syntax errors... I'm not used to RsT or our conventions here.
