Sort video archive by date + add portland 2023 #1976

Can we easily sort this by date? Maybe just say here are the folders to look at, iterate over them with a function and sort by date? Or simlink them or something? The way it is now hurts my brain.

Or, wilcard, just sort talks by year instead of by conf?

Oh, and we need Portland 2023 videos. Does the script "just work" these days? :-p CC @mxsasha (not asking you to pick this up necessarily, just for discussion)
