Include guidance on sharing content #2117

Based on a discussion today in WtD, we'd like to make explicit that sharing content within WtD requires either

  1. Explicit permission from those involved in the discussion, or
  2. Anonymization of content that reasonably obscures the authors

Updated wording to try to make it sound a little more positive - I think people tend to respond better when we're giving them clear and well-explained action items than thou-shalt-nots
