However, my inquiry is about the following situation: Under the same circumstances, when there's no issue with the internet connection and I attempt to chat with Claude, I receive a message saying there was a problem with the internet connection, and my chat content is not sent. This can happen, but clearly, even though the chat wasn't transmitted, the countdown decreases from 10 to 9, one by one. If this is repeated three or four times, I lose 3 or 4 available chats without even asking a question. Is this your company's correct policy?
