It would be great to use [http://phing.info/trac/ phing] to manage command
line tasks

Need to finish the translation of all the nanophp script tasks into phing tasks
before a complete switch to phing.

To do : 
* create-module
* build-all
* build-queries
* build-sql
* drop-database
