Refactoring of the script/phing system #18

Really need to rethink all the scripting system.

* Phing based
* A single php script (nanophp) to handle the differents builds (including
the plugin's ones)
* Need to work with the differents environments

Working but still migration some tasks

The old nanophp script is available untile the next major release
