Introduce indication for sent alarm text

The sent alarm text shall be clearly indicated per unit. This means in detail:

In the incident detail view, it shall be indicated per unit if the alarm text was sent
In the incident part of a unit icon, the short description of "Assigned" shall be changed, if the unit was informed by alarm text
