Configure options and channel,bus sends #24

New Features:

Allow the user to select which channels/busses/matrices etc are actually imported/created, as there can be a lot of entities if everything imported- can only be done on initial setup
Support the control of the Channel->Bus send faders
Support the control of the Bus->Matrix send faders

Bug Fixing

Detect the entering of the wrong IP address on setup
