[x] Add a user prompt for Gantry period - ack.
[x] Auto export to a destination with the gantry period tag added

Completed through branch commit for 100:

Created a Tomo DQA Script User is prompted for a gantry period and desired destination. The appropriate files are sent to a temporary directory.
The script adds the appropriate dicom tag to the RTPlan. The tag is populated with the user entry and exports the plan to the appropriate scp AE destination. -TODO Change the Attribute name to Gantry Period Enable RayGateway export when available for QA Plans.
