• [ ] Fix the sys exit commands on all canceled dialogs, or even add a cancel to all dialogs in use

• Matching Dialog

• [ ] Load the clinical protocol selected by the user

• [x] List on one side the protocol strutures on the other, the closest guess to the matches

• [ ] Insert this into the protocol selection tool for loading goals/objectives

• [ ] save the matched pairs to a common xml file that contains matched pairs and plan names

• Plan Dialog Repurpose the TPO dialog to allow for a common dialog for dose setting plans Dialog requires:

  1. Demographics

• [ ] Diagnosis

• [ ] Site (eventually matched from diagnosis and CT data)

2. Structure definition

   • [ ] Protocol
   • [ ] Planning Structs and PTV definitions
   • [ ] Match Dialog

3. Beamset Choice

   • [ ] Machine
   • [ ] Isocenter
   • [ ] Beamset

4. Output

   • [ ] Save the resulting choices somewhere and pull them in later for a dose review.
