Add External_FB and External DIBH Script #141

Request to review structure_definition/CreateExternalDIBHandFB.py, which automates the addition of External_FB and External_DIBH to a plan.

@rabayliss Should we add the UI automation before merge?

Hey @rabayliss. I've made the code changes requested in structure_definition/CreateExternalDIBHandFB.py. I have also added structure_definition\CreateExternalAlignRTSU.py, which automates the creation of a setup structure for prone breast.
