Problem Statement: Currently, users cannot directly contact the admin via the app. They have to either send an email or submit a review on the Google Play Store, which is inconvenient and inefficient. This often leads to users expressing their issues in public reviews, negatively impacting the app's rating and potential revenue.
Proposed Solution: We need to implement an in-app Feedback Form or Ticketing System to enhance user experience and streamline issue reporting. The proposed system should include the following features:
Feedback Form/Ticketing System:
Users should be able to access a feedback form or ticket submission system directly within the app. The form should allow users to provide detailed information about their issue or request. Admin Panel Integration:
The submitted feedback or tickets should be visible to the admin in a dedicated section of the admin panel. Admins should be able to view, categorize, and manage these tickets efficiently. User Notifications:
When the admin responds to a feedback or ticket, the specific user should receive a notification within the app. The notification should inform the user that their issue has been addressed and provide the admin's response. Alternatives Considered: Currently, the alternative involves manually sending notifications to users who report issues via Play Store reviews or email. This method is inefficient and does not provide a streamlined process for handling user feedback.
Additional Context: Implementing this feature is crucial for improving user satisfaction and reducing negative reviews.
